#37 FLOW

Shibuya - Tokyo, Japan (26.03.2017) x Evian les Bains, France (29.05.22)

Like seeds in fields, people seek fulfillment, reflecting on life's fleeting beauty through this poetic composition. A poppy-filled field interacts with scattered umbrellas. A pedestrian crossing hints at human presence and symbolizes journeys. Just as seeds spread in the fields to bloom, individuals move in search of personal fulfillment

#4 THE GREEN HOUSE

New York, USA (16.12.2004) X Arashiyama Bamboo Grove - Kyoto, Japan (20.03.2017)

Will the future turn cities into towering forests or forests into towering cities? Just as bamboo forests offer tranquility, skyscrapers symbolize modern vitality. By combining these images, I intend to reveal an harmony as both nature and cities reach for the sky, sharing a powerful vertical spirit.

#17 TRAINING MOOD

San Francisco, USA (06.05.2015) x Grande Plage - Biarritz, France (12.07.15)

A football lesson in San Francisco meets a surfing lesson on the Biarritz Grande Plage. The lawn mixes with the sand, with the water. The bodies merge to create a single uniform movement. A single unit of time. Looking at this surf lesson, I feel like I've seen this scene before. As an observer, do we always look only at what unfolds before our eyes or do we observe the present through the prism o four past memories?

#14 WHERE NATURE COLLIDES

Yangshuo, China (28.11.2006) x Talloires, France (13.10.2019)

The first word the Chinese used for landscape was shanshui, literally meaning "mountains and waters". On that note, I discovered in 2006, the city of Yangshuo, located in Southern China. That charming city actually offers an exceptional landscape, between river and mountains. Years later in 2019, I rediscover the sensations experienced in the Guangxi region in the French Alps, in Talloires, the “Pearl of the Annecy Lake”. I felt the two photographs respond to each other and complement each other. Through photography, I feel sometimes that nature is having a dialogue that takes place right in front of us.

#10 LIFE IS A JOURNEY

Chamonix, France (31.12.2016) x Taghazout, Morocco (27.08.2019)

Whether from above or at eye level, distance seems long, whether you walk or climb. Yet, it's just a matter of perspective. Keep moving; the journey matters more than the destination.
